Community Art Program: Teen Monthly Studio Membership

Community Art Programs are for everyone at any age. Our teen memberships include monthly studio access during afterschool hours, or during indepedent hours if accompanied by a paying adult C.A.P. Member.

There are two cordinated studios each week for students as well as some classes included with their monthly program fee.

Mondays: Coordinated Studio Time (students may work independently or with the group) 4:00-6:00PM
Tuesdays: Independent Studio Time 4:00PM-6PM
Wednesdays: Coordinated Studio Time (students may work independently or with the group) 4:00-6:00PM
Thursdays: Independent Studio Time 4:00PM-6PM
Fridays: Independent Studio Time 4:00PM-6:00PM

Students may also participate in studio open hours as long as a parent or guardian is signed up and accompanies them. This is a chance for families to interact in community art programming together at their own pace, and with their own projects in mind. Each month, classes listed as “Community Art Programs” are included as well. Please see the descriptions for teen programs included with this membership.

We know that managing a busy teenager’s schedule can be tricky, especially with all the extracurricular choices in town. Our open art studio time is an inexpensive alternative for students looking for a place to work on their independent art projects. We have a coordinator on site to point students at supplies and space to keep projects through the month.

We are testing a five day a week model in September, however if there are days with no participation, we may adjust in October, so if you’re a family that loves this program, please sign up early so we can plan ahead!

For students enrolled for monthly memberships, they will be auto-enrolled in coordinated studio dates without any further need to register. For some programs with limited seating, you will receive a follow up email with a code to sign up for those programs or for other programs that are discounted with the membership.
