Community Art Program (CAP) Memberships
What is the Community Art Program (CAP) Membership?
Your monthly pass to stocked classrooms, tools, and a calendar of open studios, classes, and workshops. One fee gets you access during set hours plus select classes and camps. We are piloting now and hope to grow into even more programming including family memberships.
Your October CAP Membership gets you:
Art Studio time: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:00–8:00 PM with guest artist Amber Word. Amber will guide participants in exploring fluid art mediums such as watercolor, alcohol inks, and dyes. Each week you’ll play with how these mediums flow, layer, and surprise us. If you don’t love your whole painting, no problem! You’ll learn how to crop out your favorite parts and transform them into giftable treasures like cards, bookmarks, magnets, jewelry, or ornaments. The series culminates in a Sound & Color Integration session, where you’ll paint intuitively during a live sound bath and bring home one playful, finished piece.
Independent Studio time: Seven days a week Mon-Friday 7AM-10PM, Saturday and Sunday 7AM-11PM
“Ask a teacher hours” with Fr. Theophan, Mon/Wed/Friday AMs (times may vary). These are not classes, just a chance to ask an experienced artist questions or to work on a project when someone else is available to help if needed. Open to all CAP members, no RSVP required.

Adult Art Studio October Schedule
Tuesdays & Thursdays: Join guest artist Amber Word and dive into the playful world of fluid art in this four-week series from 6pm to 8pm each Tuesday and Thursday. If you’re interested in a project, but can’t make it on that date - don’t worry! Just let Amber know and we’ll have supplies ready for you when are you are able to come in.

Join award-winning miniature figurine painter Dharam Khalsa every other Tuesday for office hours beginning Oct 21. (Don’t miss out on our next intro class on the 18th!) For these biweekly office hours you can:

Refund Policy
Refunds do not include restocking fees and/or credit card fees.
Art Studios and Afterschool programs are non-refundable, with specific policies for various programs, such as classes and camps, including cancellation and transfer fees.
Refunds are offered with a 10% cancellation fee if requested within certain windows, typically 14-30 days prior to the start of a class or camp. For cancellations outside these periods, 50% refunds may apply, and customer credits are available in some cases, with restrictions on transfers and eligibility based on enrollment.
