Event Information:

Panels will be held at three locations throughout the weekend. Please check the schedule to ensure that you are in the right location. We do not require an RSVP to panels, however, we do recommend that VIP passholders RSVP as this guarantees they will have seating at a given panel. GA will have access to the schedule and be able to RSVP to events beginning September 29th, so VIP Passholders should RSVP to their desired events ASAP.

The Calendar requires you to completely RSVP to an event before selecting another event to RSVP. You will navigate back to the calendar using the small LAAC logo in the upper lefthand corner of your calendar confirmation. You will receive a confirmation of your RSVP via email (and text message if you select this option). If you are RSVPing for someone besides yourself, please ensure that they hold a VIP pass (or GA pass after 9/29/2026). We will be checking RSVPs weekly and will remove anyone from the list that does not have a pass. 

There is no additional cost to RSVP to panels, workshops, or other events.

Seating will begin 15 min prior to each session, or as the previous session ends. No seat saving between sessions, we ask that everyone exit, and re-enter the venue between engagements.
